Directly on the beach in enchanting position, the hotel Mediterraneo has a great linving-room, covered terrace and private beach with beach-volley and field for bowis. Covered parking lot, air conditioning in dining room.
All the rooms are equipped with: bath, direct phone, balcony, Sat television and safe and air conditioning. We have apartaments for 3 o 4 people formed by 2 communicating rooms with 1 bath. We also have apartments ( 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom)for 3 or 4 people. The rooms directly to the sea are double rooms in which it possible to add another bed. In our big lounge you can meet your friends also when it rains. Restaurant with air conditioning and a beautiful view to the sea. Breakfast is served at the veranda where you can also be served from the barman in the afternoon and evening.
In 1960 my parents decided to leave Chile, where they had met and had successfully run one restaurant that is now one of the oldest Italian restaurants in that country, to return to Italy and begin a new activity. As my father was born in Romagna, he wanted to come back to his region and they built a hotel at Milano Marttima, Hotel Acapulco, which they managed for a period of time, selling it later to build a new and bigger one at Lido di Savio.
The Hotel Mediterraneo was opened in 1968 and ,except for a short time, my parents have worked in it until 1989, when they decided to leave it and give me the responsibility of managing it From 1991 my wife helps me with the management of the hotel which has given us, and still does, a lot of joy specially when our gests return to us every year ( some of them come from about 40 years, coming now the third generation of the same families). My wife, our children and me, together with our staff, will be happy to make you have a quite stay in a peaceful and familiar atmosphere.
